Spread the love

I’m Camille Goscicki, AKA Bea Boomer, and I recently published my first book, The Art of Sane Aging for Women. This book is for women who want to fight back against society’s aging stereotypes and realize their potential by taking charge of their life.  To live sanely, we need to nurture ourselves and our relationships; my book provides the lessons I learned over the years to do just that.

I’m currently living “la vida boomer” in the metropolitan Detroit area, along with my hubby of 30+ years; and Desi, our “Senior Citizen” dog.  My husband is enjoying retirement; our daughter lives in New York City as an Associate Director in Media Planning for an international advertising company.

I also work as an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources department for my local municipality.  I’m an integral member of our workplace Wellness Program. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and recently became a certified Wellness Coach and Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist.

My real passion is researching and writing about my favorite topics:  Health, wellness, fitness and above all, the basics of vital aging for women. My goal is to write for you, my readers, about what you want to read about!  Please email me at with suggestions and ideas.

Don’t forget to visit  Bea’s Vital Aging, my online newspaper, which is updated weekly with timely articles for the woman who believes that aging is a gift to be embraced.
